During the summer, on Wednesday evenings, we are enjoying VOICES...
In Mark's gospel, the first emotion of the very first Easter is not joy--it's fear. Not hope--but terror and amazement. And that's worth noting. But the overarching story throughout the Scriptures is one of hard headed hope in the face of fear and dread.
Scripture: Mark 16: 1-8
Song: "Song of Hope" written by C. Jenkins, D. Hamilton, R. Seay, R. Owens, T. Johnson, T. Tjornhom; performed by the Prince of Peace worship band
